Sports Experts policies are as follows:

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash register receipt, to exchange or reimburse all new merchandise, in its original packaging, within 15 days of the purchase, in any Sports Experts store. It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash receipt, to repair or exchange all defective merchandise, at the store where the purchase was made, within 90 days of the purchase.
